Every sachet starts with premium beans, slow-steeped in cold water for a full 24 hours. No heat, no shortcuts. That process extracts the full flavour profile, smooth, rich, naturally low in bitterness.
Freeze-Dried, Not Powdered
Regular coffee powder is made at high heat, destroying most of the flavour. LONGBREW is flash-frozen at -50°C and dried under vacuum. The flavour is locked in exactly as it was brewed, nothing lost.
